Lugg Sinanjuchiun was Zamora's husband and Smynth's brother. An imposter replaced him, but according to what Glinda and Smynth were told, he is alive. Where is anyone's guess.

Shortly before Dorothy's return to Oz, he ran into her there and recognized her as his daughter although he didn't admit it to her. Interestingly enough this is before she meets his brother, Smyth.
